The Midnight Bus is on its way

The Midnight Bus will be carrying out youth outreach work in the area around the Heath Way shops, starting on 23 March.

I know that there have been a number of problems  in the vicinity of the shops recently and the Shard End Councillors have been working closely with the local police and community safety team to sort matters out.  Lets be clear, there is no excuse for anti-social behaviour and tough action will be taken against those who refuse to play by the rules and cause misery to residents and shoppers.

The Bus has been used to great effect in other parts of the city, helping to create positive activities for young people and I’m looking forward to seeing the team in action here in Shard End.
