Join Switch Radio’s Christmas Extravaganza
107.5 Switch Radio is a community radio station that broadcasts to over 100,000 people in north east Birmingham.
On Tuesday 20 December Switch will be broadcasting a Christmas Extravaganza between 10am and 4pm. It’s designed to be a celebration of community life in north east Birmingham in the run up to Christmas.
The team at Switch are keen to give local organisations the chance to get involved in the day. If you’ve got a Christmas event coming up that you’d like to promote, now’s your chance to get some coverage on the radio.
For groups staging Christmas Carol concerts, Switch Radio may also be able to come and record your event. For schools breaking up on 16 December, Switch may even be able to invite your choir in to the studios to pre-record a few carols!
The Christmas Extravaganza is also a chance for local charities and community groups to promote their festive good causes.
If you’d like to get involved, please contact Mary Everill at Switch Radio on 749 1343 or e mail meverill@switchradio.co.uk, with the following:
- the details of your event – date, time, location, etc
- the name of your group / organisation
- name and contact details of who the Switch team should speak to make arrangements.
